Infrastructure Project Manager-Kent-£50-£60,000 + excellent benefits

Overview:
A FTSE 250 financial organisation based in Kent is searching for a proven Project Manager to oversee and deliver a new and replacement hosted infrastructure and environments from request through to operational.
My client has over 600+ users and therefore experience working on change and transformation projects within a similar size firm is crucial. They have a significant amount of investment happening going into 2019 so you will be backed financially.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the project is correctly specified, delivered on time and meets business & technical requirements within the agreed budget.
- Oversee multiple projects within a larger programme and managing all work streams.
- End to end project management for full project lifecycle; pre-initiation, r&d, plan & design, testing & implementation and delivery and review.
- To understand high-level technical architecture and to drive decisions on solutions.
- Produce project plans.
- To monitor and manage the project processes and ensure any failed elements are rectified.
- To track progress against milestones, deadlines and budget and will report back to stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5 years previous experience of delivering IT infrastructure projects within a technical complex and dynamic environments.
- Experience working on projects such as: LAN/WAN, IT productivity software, AV Protection, Monitoring and configuration Systems, Windows server and desktop platforms, Database systems and associated applications, VMware, Storage and Support, IT Security and Web Infrastructure is essential.
- Detailed knowledge of the project lifecycle and a variety of project approaches is essential.
- Prince 2 qualification is desirable.

Package:
-£50-£60K depending on experience
- Annual bonus-up to 15%
