About the Role
The role of Team Leader is responsible for leading an effective operation across a small number of production lines, taking full accountability for employee and operational performance against targets. The successful applicants will manage and develop employees and workers and be accountable for the successful operation and manning within their assigned production cell.

You will be joining a highly motivated, accomplished and welcoming team who are driven to succeed and passionate about what we do.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individuals with food production experience, preferably within the fresh produce sector, although this is not essential. Ideally you will have supervised/lead a small team and have an understanding of quality and health and safety standards within this kind of environment.
What's on offer:
Day shift salary - £21,000 per annum plus pension and the opportunity to increase earnings potential through overtime
Night shift salary - £22,000 per annum plus pension and the opportunity to increase earnings potential through overtime
