ID&C Ltd is looking for a new Print Manager to master its in-house production.
This exciting opportunity will be perfect for existing Print or Production Managers, or experienced Printers looking to make the leap to running a team.
This is a full time, permanent position, with a salary range of £26k-£28k depending on experience.

The timing is now perfect for an experienced Print professional to join our team to head up our entire Print output.
With a varied and expanding range of products and print services this will be a diverse role with a focus on development for the right applicant.

What will you do?
Responsible to the Operations Manager for managing all UK Print output across our product range
• Schedule print jobs in a demanding, real-time environment
• Communicate issues timely and enable other client-facing departments to give of their best
• Responsible for quality assurance and improving Print wastage levels
• Manage Print consumables within budgets, including regular checks
• Maintain our Print equipment and fault logs
Responsible to the Operations Manager for line managing the Print team (training can be provided)
• Ensure all Print staff are fully trained and supported in their work
• Supervise and integrate new Permanent and Temporary staff
• Organise shifts or overtime when necessary
Skills that will help your application:
• Exceptional work flow management based on fast-paced operations experience
• Experience with Mimaki JFX 200 and 500 or equivalent wide format printers
• Knowledge of Inkjet and digital print processes
• Familiarity with rip and editing software
• Knowledge of the full screen print process, exposing and stretching screens, etc
• Commercial print experience, running multiple machines and types simultaneously
• A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to maintain printers and print environments
• An exceptional eye for detail and quality control
• A strong work ethic with an ability to thrive under pressure
• A methodical approach, fulfilling detailed tasks to a consistently high standard

• Self-sufficient
• Positive, happy, humble, and honest
• Creative and innovative – adding that little bit of magic
You must:
• Live locally – ideally no further than half an hour from Tunbridge Wells
