The Role
To be the link between the business, its processes and IT. Translating user requirements into systems specifications for the development team as well as being an expert user in company systems from the UI to the source data behind by
• Developing and maintaining a good understanding of the business, to be a bridge between the Business and IT
• Being an expert user in Access Dimensions (financial package) and related company systems to help the business make the most effective use of these systems
• Being responsible for configuration, and data integrity and accuracy in Dimensions and related company systems, so that reporting is effective
• Performing requirements gap analysis on new project requests
• Acting as a quality gate for new development, by performing rigorous integrated systems training.


The Person will be
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of software and programming
• Used to working closely with programmers and software developers to build the systems
• Able to demonstrate SQL and database knowledge
• Used to fulfilling a project brief from conception to completion, including working to budgetary and time constraints
• Able to prioritise workload and have good interpersonal skills
• Educated with a degree in a related subject.
