Family Inclusion Co-Ordinator
We are a vibrant, local charity that has been serving the local community for over 130 years through inclusive programmes in health & wellbeing, childcare, housing and youth work. We are passionate about providing opportunities to those who are the most in need.
YMCA Thames Gateway is looking for a Family Inclusion Co-Ordinator. You will develop and promote a program of parental, community and well-being services including outreach, targeted and hard to reach vulnerable families.
The successful candidate will be experienced in providing 1:1 family support and group interventions to children and their families/carers hold a NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare and/or others or Level 5 or higher qualification in teaching, family support or working with children with additional needs.

Location – YMCA Thames Gateway, All Sites
Hours – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate of pay - £25,000 - £29,000 p.a. & competitive benefits
Benefits – Free Gym Membership and discounted family memberships, 50% discount on YMCA provided childcare, HSF Health Cash Plan Generous Pension contributions and Life Assurance Scheme etc.
