Would you enjoy a challenge? Does variety appeal to you? If so, we have a vacancy for you to work in our busy Customer Solutions team. You will be answering telephone enquiries and questions on Council wide issues, using the latest IT systems. You will also assist with face to face enquiries to our main reception at Argyle Road offices.
You will have a vision for excellence in customer care, be able to work as part of a team and have excellent communication skills (both oral and written). You will have a flexible approach to working, showing perseverance and self motivation and be prepared to work within a rota system.
A positive and enthusiastic disposition is necessary as is the desire to handle & resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a constructive manner that ensures customer satisfaction. Previous contact centre experience would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
