Sleeping Giant Media is looking for someone to join this ever growing team of digital marketing GIANTS. If you’re looking for a role that brings variety, want to work with people from apprentices to Directors to contribute to making office lives easier, and want to bring enthusiasm to the role, you may well be the person we’re looking for.

The Operations Team is made up of people from different walks of life, who all share the common goal of ensuring a smooth running business operation. They are responsible for handling internal and external requests for the office, HR, Health and Safety, finance, and culture.

This role will be managed by the Head of People, but the Operations Team as a whole wants to welcome any new starter into this entry role with a warm smile, a cup of tea, and everything that they’d need to create a support structure for the team.

As an Operations Assistant, you’ll wear many hats for a variety of duties and responsibilities. These will include:

- Secretarial duties
- Front of house
- Finance support
- Operational support
- Office maintenance
- Office suppliers and documents

The overall goal for the role is to work across the office to make sure every Giant has what they need to perform their role to the fullest, guided and supported by the Operations Team.

REALITY CHECK:
While you'll have core responsibilities, it's a busy place to be, so no two days are the same! Because of this, you'll need to be highly organised, composed, and have fantastic customer service skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Both written and spoken English to a high standard
A good grasp of mathematics and basic statistics
An aptitude for online
Excellent interpersonal skills
A keen ability to problem solve and find solutions
Prioritisation, time and workload management
