Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Minimum 2 – 3 years PQE

We are a well-established law firm in Kent with our head office in Tunbridge Wells. We are seeking a full-time Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution team in Tunbridge Wells.

This is a full time permanent role which would suit someone who has 2 – 3 years PQE and a desire to progress their career. For the right candidate that progression will eventually lead to a management role as head of department and potentially Partnership.

Working within modern offices in the centre of town, your role will involve advising on a wide range of matters with a bias towards property litigation. You will be providing legal services to both individuals and businesses.

There is a busy litigation caseload and you will assist with existing cases, gradually building your own caseload and client portfolio. You will have gained experience in dispute resolution since qualifying including property, some commercial and possibly employment. An interest in insolvency law would be a bonus. You will gain an understanding of the growing importance of the role of ADR together with gaining experience in a variety of courts and tribunals.

You will be self-sufficient and have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills together with a high level of attention to detail in order to sustain the quality of service we deliver to our clients.
