Sales Ledger Clerk / Admin Assistant
Permanent: Bromley – Orpington Area
Very established Cleaning Company is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk / Admin Assistant to join the Head Office team. The right person will have a background in a similar role, excellent communication skills both verbally and written, excellent customer service skills and a highly organised approach to work. Good knowledge and practice on excel and SAGE will be an advantage.
Duties will include:
• Raising invoices in an accurate and timely manner using SAGE 50 Accounts
• Submission of the invoices
• Liaising with line managers to resolve queries
• Support head office team with few admin duties
This is a permanent position to start ASAP. Hours of work will be from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm - Monday to Friday
