We have an exciting opportunity for a Roving Receptionist to join our growing team, here at OneSavings Bank.

OSB are a challenger bank who specialise in specialist lending and retail savings. We’ve experienced significant growth over the last few years, with our UK employee base more than trebling to what is now exceeding 600 staff.

The primary focus of the role is to provide a first class reception service and ensure front of house standards are maintained at a professional level while providing help and assistance where required.

As the Roving Receptionist, you would be…

• Working on a flexible location basis across all OSB sites that have a reception area (Chatham and London), covering the Receptionists as required, providing support and covering holidays and absences often at short notice
• Supporting the Reception function ensuring a professional senior business facing service is delivered throughout the office and providing a professional and efficient meet and greet service
• Responsible for building security by controlling access to visitors and contractors, signing in and out procedures and keeping all visitor records up to date
• Supporting the Executives and Non-Executive Directors when on site
• Ensuring Health and Safety standards are maintained and housekeeping is kept up at all times
• Managing all meeting rooms and hot desks bookings to ensure the best use of resources

The role will be based at the Banks Chatham main office but will be required to attend any other of the Bank’s offices, in particular the Newman Street (London) offices and often at short notice

• The salary associated with the role would be based on your relevant experience, with the range being between £18,000 and £22,000

• Do you have existing experience in a receptionist role?
• Do you have a being self-reliant in a high profile corporate environment role?
• Do you have GCSE/GCE qualifications in both Maths and English?
