Our Client is looking for a HR Business Partner with strong project management skills to support and facilitate the delivery of HR requirements under Senior Manager Certification Regime (SMCR) for all UK operations. You will working on a 12 month contract basis to review and update the agreed HR processes, tools and templates to support compliance with SMCR requirements, communicating introducing and embedding the changes in the HR team and line managers within the wider business. The processes would include recruitment, pre-employment screening, performance management, disciplinary and in scope tools and templates including policy documents, advert templates, job descriptions, induction and other training material. Previous experience for HR/L+D aspects of SMCR in at least one other organisation and a minimum of 5 years previous HRBP/snr advisor ideally in a FS environment.
