Support Workers - Maidstone and Medway

Do you have experience in residential care or as a support worker with the elderly or adults with learning disabilities? Are you looking for flexible and consistent shifts with rates ranging from £7.85 to £16 an hour for week and weekend shifts?

What do we mean by flexible shifts? We mean flexible for you, not for us! If you need flexibility in hours, a late start or an early finish, possibly you can only commit to a couple of shifts each week? We would love to hear from you! We believe that getting the right people to work with our clients is more important than conforming to a set shift pattern.

Connect2Staff are currently working with a number of clients in the Maidstone, Snodland & Medway areas and are in need of carers and support workers happy to work in a variety of different environments.

We have day shifts, night shifts (both waking and sleep) and weekend shifts.

If you are an experienced care with a passion for caring, then this position could be the one for you!



You will benefit from:
- Flexible and consistent shifts, including full/part time (including up to 16 hours) and days/nights/sleep nights/weekends

We require at least 6 months experience with either adults with learning disabilities or the elderly and a good level of communication.



We are able to provide free training, a dedicated consultant and excellent pay rates starting from £7.85 up to £16.80 an hour.
