Workshop Foreman
We require a ‘hands-on’ Workshop Foreman for our Ford Authorised Repairer in Sandwich. The position would suit an existing Workshop Foreman who wishes to accept more responsibility. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an ability to both problem-solve and organise our busy Ford Authorised Workshop maintaining high quality standards and efficiency. Ford experience would be an advantage. Clean Driving Licence. Excellent Salary.
Brief Job Description
• To work closely with the Technical Director (Service Manager) to ensure service and repairs are carried out to the highest standards of quality possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
• To ensure vehicle cleanliness is maintained during service and repair.
• To ensure correct procedures are followed to comply with the standards required by Ford Motor Company for Authorised Repairers.
• To ensure staff take all necessary precautions to ensure adherence to Health and Safety guidelines for both staff and customers.
• To ensure efficient use of materials, equipment and labour resources.
• To control and supervise staff in the correct use and maintenance of workshop equipment and tools.
