Registered Manager
Salary; £35,000
Location; Longfield
Hours; Full Time 5 days per week.
Connect2staff are excited to be recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a residential care home in Longfield.
My client is looking for somebody that will take on the responsibility not only for the full day to day management of the team but also for creating and sharing vision and strategy for the home.
Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the day to day running of the Care Home, leading a team of care professionals, with a shared passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to our residents. Further, the job-holder will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and therefore their presence in the home will be pivotal to its success.
The right candidate will have the following:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager
* Excellent understanding of CQC requirements
* Experience in residential elderly care
* Experience of managing a team, including supervision, appraisal and conflict resolution.
* Experience of managing budgets and financial systems.
* Ability to develop productive working relationships and networks between staff, local community and other agencies.
