Outbound Sales Advisor
Gillingham
£18k basic, plus commission
Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm
You will be working for a large corporate business and generate Sales from target prospects through outbound sales calls and managing growth of acquired customers that are developed for the company
You will also deal with the processing of customer orders and follow through of customer enquiries following quality control procedures to achieve both sales and gross profit targets will also be required
Main Duties
* Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the Field Sales Consultant (Where Appropriate)
* Offer relevant offers/enquiry details.
* Successfully make the required outbound calls, and talk time each day building the relationship with the customer and the Sales consultant.
* Keep all customer records up to date with an accurate description of the clients buying procedures, contacts and expenditure and other relevant information.
* Maintain and monitor accounts in the Territory, identify customers who may be slipping and work with the Field Sales Consultant to action and maintain the customers spend and service levels.
* Maintain a customer focus and provide an excellent service to Institutional customers and Key accounts where relevant.
* Build relationships with customers at different levels.
* Keep customer records up to date
* To provide sales support, place orders, check stock levels, provide quotations, and follow up direct send/special orders.
* Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and liaise with Customer Advocacy as and when necessary.
It is essential that you have worked in a sales role before for at least 6 months and be super confident on the phone. You will need to have worked to targets before and have the ability to meet objectives and KPIs
The company have a great development programme, and parking on site
This role will start in the New year, however send your CV to be considered this year
