Technical Manager - Leading Housebuilder - Orpington - Permanent - RC Frame - Up to £75k + Package

Your new role
You will be required to help, develop and maintain a practical and cost effective system to ensure they produce an excellent new home product consistently in all operating divisions. You will liaise with external stakeholders to ensure they take advantage of technical innovation and comply with all relevant construction standards and regulations. You will also be required to undertake a range of technical, regulatory and quality control duties by visiting sites and offices. Support the Group Head of Technical in providing training, information and support at Group and Divisional level, in order to continually improve the business performance. Monitor and evaluate new and emerging technologies, construction methods, materials and products with a view to introducing those that may benefit the business, into their standard specifications and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
As Technical Manager you are required to have experience working on both low and high rise projects. You must have at least 5 years' experience working with a leading housing developer or contractor on RC frame buildings. You are required to have a HNC/D (building related) BSc or higher in architecture, building studies or project management. Full UK driving licence is essential.
