My client is shaping the way that cars are repaired today. This drive and determination is reaping its rewards and they currently have multiple locations with many more planned in the early part of 2019.

My client provide body and paint repair work on behalf of a number of insurance company’s throughout the UK, ensuring the highest standard of work is achieved, with minimal disruption to the customer.

As a result of continued success my client are seeking experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor’s to work either remotely and attend weekly meetings at various locations, or be posted at one of their many sites!

The role will include:

• Ensuring efficient and profitable costing of repairs.
• Producing accurate estimates of vehicle repair to meet SLA’s.
• Producing invoices and estimates of additional work – including timescales.
• Maintain control of costs in line with partner’s budget objectives.
• Ensure smooth operation onsite.
• Responsible for ensuring all repair methodology is in line with company/industry standards.
• Support with repair complaints and where SLA’s have not been adhered to.

You will have experience of the motor industry, with specific knowledge of body and paint repair within the accident and repair industry. Experience of estimating systems would be beneficial, including Audatex and Glassmatix.
