Superb new instruction which is being presented on a fixed term contract for 12 – 18 months.

Working for a global manufacturing client and key employer, we are searching for an individual to provide key support to the R & D Project Management Office (PMO) in terms of Administration and Co-ordination.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a positive individual with exceptionally strong administrative skills with a flexible approach to work. You will be providing comprehensive support to the PMO Team in the delivery of it’s work. You will support the Project Managers in their day to day activities that require significant, accurate administrative support.

As the Project Management Office Administrator & Co-ordinator, you will work across multiple projects and organisational functions to support the planning, co-ordination and administration activities.

The role is heavily focused towards supporting the New Product Development Programme delivery team to administrator tasks, track progress and support within the development launch of NPD projects, so working within a particularly fast paced and varied environment, the role will contribute to the efficiency of the business.

We are searching for an individual with a high level of computer literacy covering all MS Office, who not only has the level of administrative skills required in order to meet the demands of this position but who is also comfortable multi-tasking on a regular basis, who can deal calmly with difficult pressurised situations and prioritise their workloads to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Working closely with Project Managers to progress delivery of tasks, deliverables and outputs
Liaison with others to co-ordinate tasks and drive alignment to common vision and delivery plan
Work with the EU PMO Manager to define and evolve common project metrics to ensure that relevant information is being tracked and monitored
Support colleagues in following project processes and delivery updates using stipulated templates to ensure quality of reporting
Manage travel, expenses and other business team requirements
Loading R &D documents onto the central R&D software system
