Bilingual German and Dutch Speakers Wanted Call Centre Agents Dover
Recruitment solutions (Folkestone) Ltd are recruiting for exceptional "German and Dutch Speakers" to join a busy contact centre in Locations Folkestone and Dover Kent.
Hours Monday to Sunday on shift patterns between 7.30am to 10.30pm therefore you must be flexible on shifts.
We have Fixed Term Contracts and Permanent Roles Available
We are looking for candidates who ideally have call centre experience or a strong sales background and thrive on reaching and exceeding targets.
How do you become the best of the best???
You will take pride in the products and services that you are selling, to know them inside out, so that you can really sell the features and benefits as well as upselling and crossing. Identify sales opportunities and to ensure revenue is a focus.
They are all about Customer Excellence and repeat business, therefore fantastic communication and listening skills are key. You will need to empathise and build instant rapport with customers from B2B and B2C inbound and outbound sales calls.
Objections handling, overcoming complaints and issues, following policies and procedures. Excellent IT and Data entry skills and to be flexible in your duties such as multiskilling.
