The role allows for personal and career growth gaining customer focused experience as well as marketing, administration and project management skills. The role directly reports to the business Directors and will require strong, confident organisation and communication skills.

Your working day will normally be standard office hours, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. However, when a deadline or event is critical, you’ll be expected to put the extra hours in to ensure the success of the project. Conversely, at other times, flexibility will be afforded according to organisation skills and dependent on the candidate.

We are experts in our field, award winning and part of a major cross border international M&A advisory business with offices in all major financial centres across the globe. This is a fast-paced team environment offering the opportunity to gain experience of dealing with people at extremely senior levels and be part of multi-million corporate transactions.

Responsibilities include:
• Assist in the creation of all forms of literature, transaction management and marketing documents, e-mail and social media campaigns, on line promotion, website etc.
• Assist in the support of the wider team with project management, marketing materials and administration.
• Preparation of analyses, documents and presentations using Microsoft Office and other applications (a bias towards numeracy would be helpful).

Requirements:

The company is looking for a new graduate in the West Kent or wider area. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable with liaising with senior business individuals and owners of all sizes of enterprise. This role could easily be a springboard for an ambitious candidate to accelerate a career path in the financial advisory field.

Salary £20k and rising dependent on candidate and experience. The position is full time but could be flexible in the right circumstances. The main office location is Pembury in Kent but this post may require periodic travel in the UK, especially London, and possibly overseas.
