Salary: £17,000 - OTE £25,000 (Pro Rata depending on hours worked)

Location: Medway City Estate

Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday- 16.00 – 19.00, plus Saturday/Sunday 14.00 – 18.00 (Need to be able to cover weekends when required)

Here at Wards we are looking for confident, enthusiastic and focused individuals to join our expanding department based in our Estate Agency Client Service Centre in Medway. We have several opportunities for evening work that may suit local university students or someone who can see the role fitting around their personal circumstances.

Duties will include:

•Responding to inbound calls from clients and assisting them, with their property needs
•Identifying opportunities to help clients further by introducing them to additional properties that meet their needs, establishing if they have a property to sell, referring them for a mortgage appointment, or introducing them to your Lettings colleagues.
•Working towards set performance targets
•Liaising with estate agency colleagues in branch to assist in helping our customers with their dream move
