To really make the clubs come to life we need a dedicated team who share our vision to passionately support and inspire our members to live a more active, healthy & fulfilling life for longer.

You will currently be an ambitious, people focused fitness professional keen to progress and will have significant industry experience. You will possess a real flair for all things fitness and for supporting people to achieve their fitness goals.

Your role will involve:

• Responsibility for the whole member fitness journey working to set KPI’s and standards to deliver exceptional member retention.
• Day to day staffing and operational running of the whole fitness department including Gym Floor, Group Fitness and Personal Training
• Ensuring fantastic delivery of the Your Roko Fit consultation programme and ROK-X gym floor classes
• Direct line management of Group Exercise, Fitness Coach and Personal Training teams
• Delivery and coaching of outstanding customer service
• Be part of the Club duty management team
• Delivery of Operational Standards ensuring standards of maintenance, safety and hygiene are delivered.

Key attributes are:

• You will have a level 3 fitness qualification
• You will lead from the front setting the correct example for all team members
• You will have excellent management skills ensuring continual development and coaching of your team
• You will have a great passion for all things fitness and genuinely want to support members to achieve their goals
• You will be a born multi-tasker with an eye for detail
• You will be keen to progress to the next level of your career
• Ideally you will have group exercise qualifications
• Ideally you will be First Aid Qualified
• Ideally Pool Plant Qualified

Hours: Full-time to include evenings and weekends
