I am looking for a knowledgeable Neighbourhood Caretaker to work within the Croydon area in a 3 months temporary contract.
You will be working with a well-established organisation that values its employees and puts its customers first.
Responsibilities will include:
*Carry out cleaning duties to all internal areas
*Carry out effective estate services received by tenancy and care taking
*Contribute as an effective and collaborating neighbour
*Ensuring the cleaning of the house
*Meeting to exceed high cleaning
Working hours will be:
Monday to Friday
36 hrs P/W
