Your new role
You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs. As a supply teacher working through Hays Education, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective teaching and learning of pupils. Schools in the North/West Kent are looking for adaptable teachers that can ensure an encouraging and safe learning environment for pupils. You must have QTS or be a Newly Qualified Teacher.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a Secondary Supply Teacher you will need to have qualified teacher status, NQT or be looking to complete your induction year. Recent experience within a classroom setting in the last three years is also required along with knowledge on recent curriculum changes. As it is a school environment, a flexible and adaptable approach is essential to ensure an engaging learning environment and effective classroom management. As an individual you should be driven to make a difference, to overcome barriers, to be relentless in enabling all students to make exceptional progress.
