We currently have 17 sites across Kent, Sussex and Essex and around 400 employees, covering 10 brands; Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Honda, SEAT, SKODA, Kia, Mitsubishi, SsangYong, Citroen and TPS.

In January 2019 we are opening our brand new Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle dealership in Gillingham, Kent. This is a brand new site and offers the amazing opportunity of being involved in establishing the business, getting your teeth stuck into the role and to have full autonomy within our Mercedes Benz site.

We are seeking to recruit a Brand Manager to lead and drive our new dealership. This is an ideal role for someone with a proven Automotive Sales Manager background.

Key Objectives of the role include:

•Develop a strategy to increase revenue and profit in all areas of the business in accordance with a growth plan
•Formulate retailer policies in compliance with legal and manufacturer guidelines
•Control cash flow, stocks and assets to achieve a satisfactory return on investment
•Ensure the retailer is adequately staffed
•Generate enthusiasm for the Brand Guiding Principles and Brand Values
•Ensure managers and staff are committed to customer satisfaction and process excellence


Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08.00-18.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break, Saturday 09.00-13.00 on a rota basis.
