My client based just outside Faversham is a local success story, having enjoyed continual growth and expansion year on year. They are looking to add an Invoicing Clerk to their small team. Reporting directly to the accounts manager this role will involve:
- Daily `In and Out` Banking - recording receipts from customers and making payment to the relevant clients
- Accessing the in-house database to see which sales can be invoiced
- Raising sales invoices to customers and bills to growers
- Taking cheques to the local bank
- Dealing with member and customer queries
- Credit control
- General office duties including answering the telephone, filing etc.
- Performing any other reasonable tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and a working knowledge of QuickBooks would be beneficial. The ability to communicate with both colleagues and clients is essential along with strong numerical skills and some accounts experience.
