Our client based in Ashford are looking for a team of Service Advisors to support their busy Contact Centre.
Do you have a passion for caring?
Do you have the ability to build a rapport with people over the telephone?
Are you able to stay calm under pressure?
This role will involve:
Basic call handling
Updating the in-house data base
General administration for the contact centre.
Dealing with prescriptions, doctors enquiries and patients
Working hours- All candidates must able to work weekends as this role will initially start as 15 hours a week over the weekend with a view to increase over time.
Successful applicants should have excellent communication skills, IT skills and experience of working in a customer service or healthcare environment as you will be expected to use IT and communication equipment associated with call handling. You should also demonstrate high levels of personal commitment to facilitate the delivery of a patient focused service.
Full training will be given.
Interviews are being held on Thursday and Friday next week with a view to start training on 03/12/18 and 04/12/18.
