Due to high levels of success a unique company based in East Kent are looking for a Financial Manager to join their Finance team.
The successful candidate will be ACCA/CIMA qualified and will not only have the experience managing and developing a team but also incredibly passionate about this aspect of the job.
Reporting directly into the Group FD the core aspect of this position will be to build a successful finance team whilst analysing processes and procedures to then provide feedback on how these can be improved.
This is a brand new vacancy and a very exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Finance Manager to join an incredibly impressive organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Managing Director and Group FD you will need to analyse and produce reports to help the business grow.
* Using your own experience and knowledge to help develop and progress the existing accounts team.
* Oversee the companies' group accounts.
* Create monthly and annual reports to identify trends and forecasts moving forward.
* Monitor cashflow, accounts and all other transactions.
* Collaborate with the Auditing services to ensure all compliance and regulations are correct.
* Examine all financial reports and data.
* Update and implement financial policies.
Person Spec:
* ACCA/CIMA Qualified. ESSENTIAL
* Advanced Excel
* Experience managing a team. ESSENTIAL
* Experience reporting finance figures to board level.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Experience working in a fast paced environment.
