Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Based at the Head Office in Maidstone

Minimum 15 years’ experience
Qualified to Degree Level
Ability to work on tenders/estimates up to £50M in size
Ability to provide take-off’s in either SMM7, NRM2, and basic Builders Quantities
Ability to commercially price work
Clients range from Sub-Contractors, Main Contractors, Developers, Architects, and Private Clients
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook

Salary (to be guided possibly)
Full Time – PAYE or Self Employed Basis
PAYE - £55-£65K per annum
Self Employed – up to £325/day
No car Allowance
Bonus scheme available
Pension Scheme for PAYE
Expenses paid (not travel to work)
