Part time HR assistant

A HR assistant job in North Kent. Hours are:
Friday 1pm-5pm
Saturday 7am-6pm
Sunday 7am-4pm..

Your new role
As HR assistant you will provide continuous support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the HR operation. You will provide HR advice and support and deal with all aspects of Employee Relations including grievances and disciplinaries.

You will be working with Senior HRBP to undertake the following:
-Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and Practices
- Conduct inductions and interviews of vacant posts.
-Support probationary review meetings.
-Maintain good working relationships and meet regularly with Labour Providers.
-Support family friendly policies, generate return to work interviews and ensure absence policies are adhered to.
-Project based work and support with auditing of labour providers.
-Work with Senior HR adviser and support Managers with occupational health matters.
-Support with creating job descriptions for all positions within the company.

What you'll need to succeed
You will an experienced HR generalist who can work independently in a multi cultural environment. You will need good organisational and communication skills and be happy to work weekends. Experience of HR systems (CIPHR, Sage and Mitrefitch) are desirable as well as being CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.


What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £25,000 pro rata plus an opportunity to work in an expanding HR team.
