Interim HR Project Manager for a 12 month FTC for a not-for-profit organisation in Sussex.
Your new company
Our not for profit client is currently recruiting for a HR Project Manager in Brighton. This is a temporary position for 12 month which is within their growing HR team and the Business Services group reporting to the Deputy Director of HR.
Your new role
As a HR project Manager, you will play an integral role in overseeing delivery of the HR Transformation Programme. The role will blend both knowledge of HR process and best practice with a clear understanding of experience of applying project management techniques. The role will also be critical in ensuring the identification and tracking of key project milestones and communication with key stakeholders.
The role will include initial scoping of the project, in liaising with the HR leadership team, helping to bring forward details business cases and costing, establishing project management methodologies and governance structures as well as upskilling the HR leadership team in project management techniques and methodologies.

In order to succeed in the role you must have business analytical/process design skills, have significant experience in project management, proven leadership skills with

In return you will receive a salary of £33,000-£40,000 based on experience plus pension, flexible working, cheap gym membership and discounts at nearby cafes/shops and 24 days holiday.
