Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) Ltd., is currently recruiting for a key employer in Dover for an HR Advisor on a temporary 3-month contract.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working within a professional team of 6, we are seeking an additional HR Advisor to complement this busy HR function.
We are searching for someone confident, with the strength to work alongside the HR Manager who can also pick up and run with some of this work, where required.
The successful candidate will have the experience of working at Advisor level in a blue collar environment.
CIPD qualification is NOT considered essential, as experience at the “coal face” is considered more important!
If you are available to commence immediately and willing to commit to a duration of 3 months we would like to hear from you!
