Working as part of a growing technical team this role has the primary responsibility supporting customer’s server and infrastructure environments along with a number of other networking technologies. Acting as either support or maintenance for customer environments this role required excellent customer facing skills, a calm head under pressure and a creative problem solving technical mind-set.

• Windows server, Network & security infrastructure management
• Network infrastructure management
• Windows Server builds
• SharePoint
• Cisco Switching and routing
• Hardware builds, backup management, security management
• Second and third line response to customer issues
• Remote support for customers
• Updating the Service Desk systems
• Technical documentation
• Occasional field based support and installation activity
Working with 3rd party support businesses as required
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Logical and disciplined approach to diagnostic and support questions
• Experience in supporting Windows and VMWare environments
• A board understanding of networking technologies
• Excellent documentation capability
• Team Player
