Duty Manager (South)
37 hours per week
Salary £21,804 - £23,193 per annum plus benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager (South) to be based between our three sites at Poult Wood Golf Course, The Angel Centre and Tonbridge Swimming Pool.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Duty Manager (South) is a key player acting as the main point of contact and liaison for the Trust at Poult Wood Golf Course. You will provide on-going support and communication to our Greenkeepers & sub-contractors of the site, ensuring the safety & security of the facilities and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
You will also be part of the management teams at The Angel Centre and Tonbridge Swimming Pool delivering high standards of customer service and driving continuous improvement.
You should have at least 2 years previous supervisory experience, preferably within a leisure environment, be customer focused, an excellent communicator with strong operational and leadership skills, and have a good understanding of health and safety.
Working on a shift basis, this post will include evenings and weekends.
