As a Full Stack .net Developer you will undertake a hands-on development role, supporting across all departments across the business, providing technical expertise on all system problems or improvements alike.
You’ll have experience in both front-end and back-end web development within an agile environment.

You will be responsible for the implementation of features, tools and applications which you will own end-to-end (with support from the team) that will have a direct impact on the company and key stakeholders of the business.
Role Insight
A Senior Full Stack Developer, within Watchfinder, creates user information solutions by developing, implementing, & maintaining our Internet & Intranet applications; this position will require technical leadership & is intended to grow leading a team of developers in the future.
• Define site objectives by analysing user requirements; envisioning system features & functionality.
• Design & develop user interfaces to Internet/intranet applications by setting expectations & features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies & tool sets; completing programming using languages & software products; designing & conducting tests.
• Recommending system solutions by comparing advantages & disadvantages of custom development & purchase alternatives.
• Influence other team members as to taking the best technical approach, catering to the message per the individual target audience.
• Challenge other team members on a given approach but accept that other team members & other teams will challenge suggestions, decisions & authorities – always approach this in a constructive & meaningful manner.
• Encourage & educate other team members & other teams for approaches, standards, new technologies & better practices.
• Be the go-to technical authority whilst additionally developing inter-personal skills that cause others to want to engage with you & make others consider you a vital sounding board.
• Integration of applications by designing database architecture & server scripting; studying & establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, & information servers.
• Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies & software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new & different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Supports & develops web application developers by providing advice, coaching & educational opportunities.
