We are looking for a part-time finance assistant to join our busy team! You will need to be a self-starter, with excellent attention to detail. Your role will cover:
- Bank reconciliations
- Purchase ledger
- Manage SAGE and the supplier ledgers to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Payroll
- Answering and resolving customer finance queries
- Managing the aged debtors list, and ensuring customers pay promptly
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Support with making improvements to finance and reporting systems
- Working with our two systems, Salesforce and PICs, preparing financial management information reports.

The role is 25 hours per week, and this can be worked flexibly. Some occasional travel will be required for this role, so the use of a car and a clean driving licence is essential.
