We are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager to be based at The Angel Centre, Tonbridge.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Duty Manager is a key player within a team driving continuous improvement in the management and operation of the Centre. The key focus for the successful candidate will be the ability to motivate the team to deliver consistently high standards of service to enhance the customer experience. You should be quality driven, have sound operational, communication and people skills, and be flexible and able to deliver results.
You should have at least 2 years previous supervisory experience and a good understanding of Health and Safety, preferably within a leisure environment. Ideally, you will hold a current First Aid at Work Qualification.
Working on a shift basis, which will include evenings and weekends the role requires a positive, customer focused approach with strong leadership and people management skills.

Tonbridge & Malling Leisure Trust is responsible for the management of four sites in a 20-year management partnership with the Borough Council. The indoor leisure facilities are all rated Excellent or Good under Quest and the Golf Centre is recognised as one of the premier municipal golf venues in the South East.
