Senseco Systems is one of the industry’s fastest growing most successful Fire and Security companies, based in Gillingham, Kent. The demands of the business currently, mean that we need a multi skilled professional to provide flexible support across a range of functions, within our HR & Compliance teams.
As Senseco’s Compliance/HR Administrator, this person will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager, in HR functions, training and compliance. Experience working within a high compliance company or similar would be advantageous, but not essential.
Some duties may include –
• Ensuring the organisation complies with the reporting requirements of fire industry statutory bodies, and pre-qualification questionnaires,
as required. (ISO, BAFE etc). Assisting internal Managers with audits, online forms, and regulation management.
• Maintaining contact with new starters, managing start dates and arranging inductions
• Ensuring all documentation is up to date, scanning and filing where necessary
• Experience with Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Assist in the Recruitment and Selection process
• Assisting with Holiday/Absence records, and monitoring.
• Assist in the Co-ordination of the company training and induction programs and the maintenance of employee training records as
required
• Assist with Health & Safety training, monitoring & implementation
• Ensuring equipment for all staff is appropriate, in good condition – monitor stock
• General administration duties, to assist where necessary.
Skills
• Strong administration skills
• Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
• A high level of confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• The flexibility and willingness to learn
• To enjoy working with people
• Tact and diplomacy
• Good administrative skills
• The ability to work as part of a team, but also autonomously
• The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
