Forward-thinking and creative PR and Marketing Agency based in Paddock Wood are seeking an experienced Designer to join their fresh and exciting business.

This creative agency have grown year on year and show no signs of slowing down; specialising in the property marketing sector the right individual must have experience digital and graphic design.


Role and Responsibilities

*Work as creative lead on projects, from concept to rollout
*Work on homepage banners, e-shots, POS, brochures, stationary design etc.
*Create identities and develop brand guidelines
*Demonstrate excellent knowledge of print and production to advise on best design
solutions
*Produce POS and relevant marketing materials for our clients
*Articulate design ideas and present creative where necessary
*Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
*Must have strong skills in design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,
Acrobat
*Work on layouts and art working pages ready for print
*Produce new ideas and concepts


Candidate Profile

*Relevant and proven experience in the design industry across digital and print
*Strong portfolio showcasing skills in typography, layout, and range of project
experience
*Expert in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
*Technical knowledge of creating print-ready artwork, photography and video content
to a high standard
*Excellent writing, presenting, and conversational skills, copywriting skills highly
beneficial
*MailChimp experience
*Work with template websites such as Squarespace to create smart/functional websites
*Know code such as HTML, CSS and JavaScipt
*Assist with the company's IT


Salary on Offer

£25,000 - £32,000pa + Annual bonus and other benefits

Hours of Work

9.00am - 5.30pm
