We are currently recruiting for a fantastic organisation that are seeking to recruit a Senior Agent to join the photography team to help drive new business opportunities in the commercial marketplace, and to build the photography brand. We are looking for a special and hungry person with excellent connections in the UK and European creative industries who can help develop and maintain a roster of talent in an entrepreneurial environment.
Duties will include:
* Curating the UK / European roster and managing talent
* Signing appropriate photographers and /or filmmakers to increase sales
* Researching new business opportunities and maintaining client databases
* Meeting new clients and presenting portfolios
* Estimating/Negotiating potential jobs
* Inputting ideas to marketing materials and helping develop these further
* Attending meetings and briefings if required
* Managing talents projects via email, telephone and face to face client meetings in the UK and Europe
* Managing / curating talent portfolios both digitally and physically
* Wrapping up projects / expenses and liaising with accounts
* Invoicing clients for work completed
Skills and experience required:
* Previous photography Agent experience within the commercial side of the industry
* A driven and motivated individual who is keen to build their career with a great existing client list
* A team-player, must be able to communicate effectively and work effectively with the team
