Basic Salary: £16,000 to £19,000 per annum dependant on skills
Location: Medway
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
Benefits: Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, 33 days holiday, Child Care Vouchers
Mortgage Matters Direct are looking for highly organised and self-motivated Insurance administrator to join their team in Medway.
Duties will include:
•Dealing with clients questions and queries by email and phone
•Processing and managing client insurance policy applications
•Making adjustment to applications as when required
•Producing reports for management as requested
•Produce letters for clients & team
•General administration for the business
We need you to be:
•Attentive to detail
•A good communicator
•Extremely organised
•Self-motivated and prepared to accept responsibility
•Able to multitask and prioritise
•Hard working and focused
•Tenacious
•An understanding of the insurance products would be an advantage although not essential
