Are you an enthusiastic and experienced administrator, with excellent communication skills? In this role as Medway Master’s Office and College Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to enable the efficient functioning of the College Master’s office in support of students.
This is a varied and busy environment, where you will have the opportunity to support the general management of the office, its role in the enforcement of student non-academic regulations, and the organisation of events and activities which enrich the student experience.
As Master's Office and College Support Co-ordinator you will:
- Lead, plan and manage College Life activities for student and staff members of the Colleges
- Communicate with students, university staff and external stakeholders to gather or provide information, request actions or respond to queries
- Provide a confidential listening, advice and referral service for students following Student Services guidelines
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Undergraduate degree level or equivalent experience
- Experience of working within a higher or further education environment in a capacity requiring some contact with students
- Knowledge of policy framework around data protection and equality, diversity and inclusivity
- Experience of working independently in a busy office and to tight deadlines in a PA or support role
