Collections Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Collections Consultant to join our growing team, here at OneSavings Bank.

OSB are a challenger bank who specialise in specialist lending and retail savings. We’ve experienced significant growth over the last few years, with our UK employee base more than trebling to what is now approaching 500 staff.

The primary focus of the role is to ensure the efficient and timely collection of residential and commercial arrears, whilst maintaining a pro-active collections strategy.

As the Collections Consultant, you would be…
• Identifying accounts to be considered for litigation and preparing these with external service providers
• Amending mortgage accounts as necessary ensuring that this is accurate
• Ensuring a consistently high quality of customer service to internal and external customers
• Interacting with OSB’s outsourced back office team to provide assistance as and when required
• Responding to all queries efficiently and in accordance with the Bank’s Collections Policies

• The salary associated with the role would be based on your relevant experience, with the range being between £18,000 and £20,000

You’ll be a motivated, customer focussed and conscientious individual who is able to say ‘yes’ to the following questions:
• Do you have existing experience in a collections or arrears role?
• Do you have a confident telephone manner?
• Do you have GCSE/GCE qualifications in both Maths and English?
