Whitehead Monckton, a well-established legal practice in Kent is looking for an experienced secretary to join its Maidstone office working in the Tax & Estate planning department. This is a great opportunity for someone to be part of an expanding Kent legal practice with a good reputation.
To be considered for the role you will have previously worked within a legal environment and ideally have experience of working in private client.
This is an extremely busy office so the ability to successfully support fee earners in their daily work is essential. Whoever joins the team will be excellent at prioritising and organising work, be adaptable to meet the needs of the team and also work within strict time-frames to ensure an outstanding service is delivered to the client.
The team use a case management system as part of their daily work so it is vital that candidates have great IT skills. Previous case management experience is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training to everyone who joins the practice.
