Are you a Product Manager with exceptional communication skills? Are you adept at developing and delivering product strategies to key stakeholders?

Our client, a Charity with offices in London and Kings Hill, are looking for a Senior Product Manager, with strong commercial acumen, to manage the delivery of products and services aimed at a core customer group. This will include delivering core IT changes and driving digital development to grow an online presence.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand customers and ensure products and services provided are attractive, customer focussed and compliant.

Duties of the role include:

-Developing and executing a product strategy including pricing, market positioning, review of product features, and overall propositions.
-Designing and Managing customer interactions.
-Act as principal 'Product owner' and primary source of expertise on product set.
-Monitor product performance and produce financial income modelling needed for income forecasting and target setting
-Aligning other areas of the business with product strategies and sales & marketing plans.
-Line Management of Product Development Manager and Assistant Product Manager.


The ideal candidate will have:

-Experience of developing and delivering product strategies
-Experience of translating business analysis into successful consumer products
-Track record of managing complex stakeholders
-Experience of developing high performing teams
-Proven record of delivering results
-Product management experience
-Experience of budgeting, reporting, analysis and P&L Management
-Educated to degree standard
-An understanding of agile methodologies
-Confidence discussing technology
-Sound commercial acumen
