Senior Property Consultant / Sales Consultant

RedDoor Homes team members are unique individuals with varied talents and experience which means we can achieve excellent customer service whilst bringing people and homes together.

We aim to develop long-term relationships with our clients. Relationships are built on delivering a quality, personal and local service whilst offering our clients full support and access to all necessary resources.

Education is important to us - all of the team are either undergoing NAEA or ARLA qualification or are already passed their exams, giving us a leading edge over our competitors.

- Sourcing out new business and seeing business through to completion
- Working to financial, individual and team targets
- Increasing the company turnover
- Starting and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Canvassing and marketing
- Completing necessary paperwork to finalise deals
- Negotiating terms

As a Senior Property Consultant you will help generate new business and be part of our team that are passionate about helping our business succeed.

A normal day will consist of you dealing with applicants looking to rent or buy a property and matching them to a suitable houses. You need to have confidence in your approach - a large part of your job will involve contact potential and new clients. You will show applicants around prospective properties and build a relationship with them. Once you have helped them find a property they want to proceed with, then you will work with them closely to build a long term client and agent relationship.

Additional Requirements:
Drive and have use of own car.
Able to work every Saturday with a day off in the week.
