Shepherd Neame is Britain’s oldest Brewery based in Faversham, Kent. As an independent family business we own and operate over 321 pubs and produce a wide range of ales and lagers, including Spitfire Ale, Whitstable Bay and Bishops Finger.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Production Administrator. This position will require a dedicated individual with excellent organisation and communication skills.
KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be tasked with and responsible for the following:
Ensuring that goods and materials are available to meet brewing production and packaging requirements.
Maintaining appropriate stock levels by conducting regular stock checks of production and packaging materials.
Liaising and building relationships with internal Stakeholders – Planning and Production departments.
Liaising and building relationships with external Stakeholders – Suppliers & Vendors.
Data entry onto Company IT software packages – SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook.
Manage all other day to day operations administration duties.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN AN INDIVIDUAL:
Strong Organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An ability to manage and prioritise a high workload.
Is an enthusiastic self-starter.
Can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Displays strong problem solving skills.
Ideally have similar exposure in a previous role, although not essential.
This role has a working pattern of Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 with some flexibility required during busy periods.
This is a full time salaried position with associated company benefits
