RBLI’s social enterprise, Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company are looking to recruit Bank staff to work as part of a team to assemble, pack and despatch a range of products.
As part of our bank staff we will require your support on an (ad hoc) as requested basis in the BBMC Division of RBLI.
This position is key to our operational team and therefore you must have excellent attention to detail, basic numeracy and literacy skills, be a team player , self-motivated with good team ethics and the ability to perform a variety of dexterous tasks efficiently whilst maintaining high standards.
General Responsibilities:
•Keep the work area clean, tidy and free from materials that are not required for the current or next job.
•Liaising with the management team to ensure the timely supply of all materials to meet production deadlines
•Construct products by hand to specification ensuring that the correct materials are used.
•To comply with Quality Assurance requirements and recording procedures.
Benefits:
Salary: £7.83 per hour plus holiday pay
Flexible shift patterns Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend work available.
On Site car parking
