This is an exciting apprenticeship position where you will provide essential admin support to our Care Navigator team. Imago is a leading charity providing support and opportunities to people across the South East; this role is a great introduction to the sector and you should expect to achieve an NVQ2 in Business Administration.

Based in a fast-paced office, you will assist the team with basic admin tasks to support the constant flow of referrals and enquiries. The ability to follow processes, excellent data entry skills, speed and accuracy are key, and you will be trained to use our bespoke database. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop confidence in communicating with clients, families and social care professionals by phone and email.
This role offers core support for our services for vulnerable and disadvantaged people.

Your actions will contribute to our aim to help every individual to live a happy and fulfilled life.
