Job title: Production Scheduler/Planner

Location: Queenborough, Kent, ME11 5EL

Aesica, part of the Consort Medical Group, are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with experience of planning and scheduling production within a regulatory manufacturing environment.

Accountabilities:

• To analyse the bulk and pack capacity requirements where appropriate on receipt of new planned orders each month and provide recommendations to the Master Production Scheduler to ensure demand and supply are balanced.
• To finite schedule new planned orders and produce a load levelled plan each week for the bulk and packaging departments that meets customer’s requirements and respects the demonstrated capacity of each work-centre.
• To interface with production, quality and shipping departments to ensure issues are addressed.
• To release process orders and generate batch documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• 2 years regulated industry experience in production planning and scheduling.
• A high level of competency in Microsoft Office.
• Is analytical with good problem solving, written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates a “can-do” attitude.
• An effective team member who can pro-actively identify and resolve planning problems efficiently.
• A sound knowledge of cGMP.
